Erin Darling is an illustrator in watercolor and ink from Tacoma, WA. The Affectionate Animal Series illustrates vintage photographs of real people. Many of the couples featured are queer people from history. The artwork for this card is based on a photograph from a collection called “Hidden in the Open.” curated by Trent Kelley.
