The Bristlebot is a simple robot made from a toothbrush head and a vibrating motor. The motor’s vibrations make the brush move and spin on flat surfaces. This kit includes materials for 25 Bristlebots. Learning about basic engineering, motors, circuits, and physics, like balance, is a fun project for home or classroom.
You can experiment with its movement by changing the position of the chenille stems. It takes 3 to 10 minutes to build and is suitable for ages 12 and up.
